The problem
Manual reporting, payroll that took hours or days, and weekly manual checks of staff visa requirements.
The Inasolve solution
We built a system to register staff, record fingerprints and link visa checks to government online services, then installed fingerprint scanners across the farm that report live to management.
Daily and weekly reports now arrive automatically with every employee's timesheet and days until visa expiry. Payroll is a prepared sheet with accurate data, and the farm manager can spot productivity bottlenecks by location.
