The problem
Council auditors assess sportsgrounds to make sure they are fit for use. Testing soil meant knowing exactly where to stand, then entering results on paper or in spreadsheets and reading through it all by hand to reach a conclusion, hours of work per audit.
The Inasolve solution
We worked closely with the council to build a mobile application that uses geolocation to show the auditor exactly where to stand, and records findings straight into the app on a tablet.
The data, photos and notes arrive in real time and feed automated reports that make decisions quick. Built on K2, it is easy to deploy and maintain, and saves the council hours every day.
