The problem
The client had no visibility across several software-as-a-service products, so they couldn't see or report on their data from a global perspective.
The Inasolve solution
We built a data warehouse using our Inasolve ETL (extract, transform, load) integration model to collect data from multiple SaaS platforms into one central place.
The client now gets accurate, regular automated reports without manual work, with exception reports triggered automatically against benchmark values, and staff no longer spend time compiling reports by hand.
